Straight answers

What sellers ask first

Is it really $995 to list?

Yes, $995 lists your home. You also pay $500 for professional photography at signing and a $995 transaction fee at closing, for $2,490 total. No percentage of your sale price for our services.

How can it cost so much less?

Three reasons. We offer this program only in a limited service area, so we’re never stretched across the whole metro. We cap the number of homes we take on at this price, so every listing gets real attention. And we’ve streamlined how we work, so each step takes less time without cutting corners. We pass those savings to you as flat fees instead of a percentage of your sale price.

Is this full service?

Yes. We handle your sale from beginning to end, including a seller net sheet and risk review for every offer, negotiation, and the contract through closing.

Does this cover the buyer’s agent?

No. Our fees cover our services as your listing broker. Whether you offer compensation to a buyer’s agent is your decision and is negotiated separately, the same as with any brokerage.

Is 3% the standard commission?

There is no standard. Commissions are negotiable and not set by law. We compare to common percentage fees so you can see the difference.
